1. Ownership Disclaimer
All devices sold under the hire purchase plan remain the property of Kobsilgadgets until the
total agreed payment is received in full. The Buyer acknowledges that failure to complete
payments may result in repossession of the device or legal recovery of outstanding amounts.
2. Product Condition Disclaimer
Refurbished devices are pre-owned items restored to working condition by certified
technicians. While fully functional, they may have minor cosmetic imperfections. Product
descriptions and images on our website are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary
slightly but will match the listed specifications.
3. Warranty Limitation Disclaimer
Warranty coverage is limited to manufacturer-related hardware defects stated in our T and C.
It does not cover cosmetic damage, water damage, battery wear from normal use, or damage
due to misuse. Kobsilgadgets is not liable for repairs or replacements arising from misuse,
negligence, or third-party repairs.
4. Payment Obligation Disclaimer
It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure prompt and full payment of hire purchase instalments,
regardless of employer administrative issues or salary payment delays. Failure to remit
payments may lead to legal action and repossession of the device.
5. Delivery Disclaimer
While Kobsilgadgets makes every effort to deliver products in a timely manner, we are not
responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party logistics providers, natural events, or
factors beyond our control.
6. Data Protection Disclaimer
Customer data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, Kobsilgadgets shall
not be held responsible for data breaches or losses arising from external cyberattacks beyond
reasonable preventive measures.
7. Price Variation Disclaimer
Prices of devices, especially in the case of refurbished items, may fluctuate due to market
factors. Kobsilgadgets reserves the right to adjust pricing, but such changes will not affect
already signed hire purchase agreements.

Kobsilgadgets’ liability in all circumstances is limited to the replacement of the product or a
refund of the amount paid. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.
